New sales opportunity available on an exclusive basis for a Territory Sales Executive In Training to join an established paper converting company. Fast track training from Inside Sales to Territory Sales. Must relocate to corporate (Mid-Atlantic area) for 6 months of training then will transfer to Chicago.

Inside Sales Training Overview:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan/assist outside sales reps with daily schedules. Assist in preparation of sales visits by determining customer usage, matching it with our inventory, sending samples if needed. Reviews sales call reports to see if any follow up is needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains and updates various department reports, customer files, phone numbers, purchasing agent names, addresses, active accounts, stock paper inventory list and open orders. Performs additional duties as required and directed by sales personnel and/or supervisor.
Territory Sales Overview AFTER 6 months training at Corporate (Mid Atlantic location). Will need to be based near Chicago, IL:
  • The Territory Sales Executive will work out of a home office in Upper Midwest (preferably Chicago, IL based) and will be responsible for the entire state of Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.
  • As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling multiple grades of job-lot paper and packaging grades to printers, publishers, converters and folding carton manufacturers for new and existing customers.
  • This is a full-time position with career stability, outstanding training and development, and potential for advancement. Company car, laptop and cell phone provided.
NO PAPER BACKGROUND NECESSARY. Must have excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, consultative selling approach, ability to develop price quotes and ability to work in a team atmosphere.
