Office Manager (Commercial Construction Contractor)

Roundhouse Recruiting is seeking an experienced Office Manager for an established, growing commercial construction firm in Indianapolis, IN.  This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with an outstanding company!  The Office Manager will be responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, human resources, document preparation and various administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business with a Bachelor's Degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 years' office management experience.  Knowledge of QuickBooks, Human Resources functions, MS Word and Excel, excellent client relations skills, the ability to multi-task, and a positive, pro-active approach also required.  Knowledge of the construction project life cycle, application of expenses and project management software is preferred but not required.  Candidates should apply online for immediate consideration!
