We have an immediate need for an Assistant Project Manager for a leading Commercial & Municipal General Contractor in Indianapolis.This full-time, direct-hire position offers limited travel (most work is located in Indianapolis and surrounding areas) with projects ranging between $1-2 million. We have an immediate need for an Assistant Project Manager for a leading Commercial & Municipal General Contractor in Indianapolis.This full-time, direct-hire position offers limited travel (most work is located in Indianapolis and surrounding areas) with projects ranging between $1-2 million. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career!
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage 1-4 projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with other industry professionals
- Strong supervisory skills
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- Strong organizational and project planning skills
- OSHA certification preferred
Requirements:
- Some experience on commercial and/or municipal projects (Internships are fine; also will consider General Contracting experience and Subcontracting experience from certain industries)
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management
- Knowledge of Project Management software (prefer experience with Microsoft Projects)
