As the Consumer Sales Manager for the Cosmetics sector, you will oversee 2 Consumer Account Executives, coordinate company resources to facilitate new sales in existing accounts, identify new customers for sales development and drive development activities, participate in the determination of market potential, forecasting and national sales strategy, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.  This position requires up to 50% travel.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field preferred
• 7-10 years' demonstrated successful B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role
• Demonstrated experience selling to cosmetics/health & beauty manufacturers or retailers is required, with experience selling to the nail industry preferred.
• Demonstrated listening, analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work with a team
