Construction Manager (Land Development and Excavation Projects)
Cincinnati, OhioRoundhouse Recruiting has an outstanding opportunity available for a Civil Construction Manager for a growing Civil Engineering firm in Cincinnati, OH! The Construction Department Leader will build and develop a strong team to support and sustain profitable growth and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth for our team, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to increase profitable and sustainable growth, manage & develop Project Managers, manage Subcontractors and Vendors to surpass customer expectations, minimize risk, and lower cost, and manage department P&L.
The successful candidate should have strong Project Management experience in commercial, municipal, retail, or similar land development projects, with at least 1 year of prior experience managing a construction department.
