We are currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator for a growing firm in Cincinnati.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. As well as conceptualize and create marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messages are consistent.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of proposals, public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials
- Deliver content via social media platforms, email, or direct mail
- Update, coordinate, compose, and schedule Wordpress Website content
- Create a variety of print and online marketing and advertising materials adhering with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve specified objectives
- Design and develop marketing campaigns, such a mailing lists and social media contests
- Manage and maintain logical, consistent means of archiving and consolidating internal and external electronic libraries
- Coordinate, organize, and budget office events and activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (in marketing or related field)
- 0-2 years of experience in the AEC industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organization skills with ability to multitask and maintain projects in an ever changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with photo editing and
- Experience with WordPress and analytics
