Uncapped Commission- We are currently seeking an Outstanding Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Team! At Roundhouse Recruiting we source talent for a variety of Regional and Fortune 500 organizations across the country. Position Description- Full Desk Account Manager, with a mix of Business Development & Candidate Sourcing and Selection responsibilities for a professional staffing firm with clients in a wide range of industries. Position is home based, hours of work are flexible, between 30 and 40+ hours per week. Compensation for this position is on a 1099 contract commission basis and income potential is uncapped and outstanding as compared to traditional staffing firms.
Qualifications- The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, a professional, polished, and genuine approach, exceptional work ethic, and significant recruiting & business development experience. Human resources generalist experience, a PHR or SPHR certification, knowledge of job competencies, and selection utilizing behavioral based interviewing such as DDI certification are preferred.
