We are currently seeking a Office Coordinator for an opportunity with a growing Civil Engineering Firm located in Dayton, Ohio. This is a regular full-time position and an outstanding opportunity!
The responsibilities for this position include a wide variety of Marketing duties such as creation of collateral, assisting with bid preparation, communication with potential clients, and maintenance of company website. Other office administrative tasks such engineering project support; document & file preparation; drafting letters; answering incoming calls; and communication with Project Managers.
The successful candidate will be professional with high energy, client relationship building skills, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. AS Degree required with BA in Marketing preferred and 0-5 years of marketing experience. Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, with AutoCAD design software experience preferred. This candidate will possess strong organizational skills, work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, listening & problem solving, and a proactive approach.
