We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join an established Civil Engineering firm in Pittsburgh, PA. The responsibilities for this position include basic hardware and software troubleshooting support for approximately 150 employees in multiple offices. This person will work primarily from the Pittsburgh office, however limited to travel Columbus, OH and Akron, OH will be required.
Requirements include a working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows 8.1, 7, XP, Vista, Exchange, servers, switches, security, voice and data systems. Excellent personnel skills are also required including professionalism, strong work ethic, verbal and written communication, listening & problem solving, proactive approach, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred skills/experience includes: A.S. Degree in computer science, Microsoft certification/or classes completed, network certification N+, PC Technician A+, network cabling in Cat5 and Cat6 experience.
