Foreman - Civil Site Construction & Land Development

Due to growth, we are currently recruiting on an exclusive basis for experienced Foremen in the Cincinnati, OH area to work on Civil Site and Land Development Projects. This opportunity is with a stable 60 year old firm, with a high-performance culture, combined with modern business practices, and a true industry leader in site and civil services.
Requirements: Successful candidate should have 5+ years of prior civil site excavation & land development supervisory experience managing multiple job sites. Experience with DOT highway, roadway, municipal, commercial, retail, and residential excavation and land development projects required. Ability to travel (50-75%) to job sites in Cincinnati and other areas required. Must have excellent client relations, leadership, and project management skills. Bachelor's Degree preferred (Civil Engineering or Construction Management).
