Responsible for outbound calls during morning and evening hours. Most leads are provided. Qualification of customers, relationship building, and strong follow-up. Position requirements include a four year degree, professionalism, outstanding work ethic, customer relations, and sales skills. Prefer candidates with prior sales training such as Sandler, PSS, or Spin Selling. Prior real estate, residential realty, or new home sales experience is preferred but not required. Realtor license not required. Must have superior tele-sales experience with a track record of success.
