IT Consulting Firm is currently searching for a Help Desk Support Technician to provide Level 1 Support to clients as part of the local Help Desk Center. This position will provide a variety of support services across a wide array of hardware and software products. Customers range from small and mid-sized businesses to large enterprise accounts. Requirements for this position include: Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, superior telephone communication skills, customer service focus, knowledge of computer hardware, software and troubleshooting experience.
