We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Team Manager for an outstanding opportunity to join an established and growing civil engineering consultant design firm. Qualified candidates for consideration should possess: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years (PE) experience in coordinating with Client Managers on resource needs and scheduling, distributing workload amongst office teams, coordinating with other Team Managers on level-loading of work, QC Reviews for office engineers, and be Technical Resource for office, and others depending on area of expertise.

The successful candidate must have outstanding leadership, communication, and supervisory skills and the ability to develop a positive work environment.
