MLS Realty Marketing Services Firm is currently searching for a MLS Listing Coordinator to provide customer service for multiple residential builder clients.  Additional reporting and project responsibilities will increase as you learn the company's proprietary systems.  This is a home based position with an established company experiencing strong growth!    

This position will provide a variety of MLS support services to residential builder clients across the country. Input and maintain MLS listings, and provide ongoing customer service to client companies.  Clients range from small custom builders to large national homebuilders.  There is also a lot of reporting and project work.

Requirements for this position include: This is a home based position so must have initiative and the ability to operate independently.  Superior telephone communication skills, outstanding customer service and teamwork focus, and strong attention to detail.  MLS listing experience across multiple MLS platforms.  Knowledge of residential homebuilding and residential realty.  Other software experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and database knowledge is highly preferred.
