The Manufacturing / Production Planner will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, tracking the progress of production, and the planning and establishment of production schedules.
Responsibilities Include:
Capacity production scheduling for multiple facilities
Manage outside contractor relationships and schedules
Manage the establishment and maintenance of productions schedules to meet customer demand
Create and maintain the production schedule in the ERP system and communicate the schedule to the manufacturing facilities
Resolve contractor issues relating to quality or availability
Train and educate associates on finite scheduling/planning and materials management techniques
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. CPIM, CIRM, or CPM preferred.
1-5 years' experience in a planning or forecasting position in a made to order environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
