We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager for an opportunity to lead an Inbound Call Center Team. This is a regular full-time position and outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing industry. Responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 15 customer service representatives. Review call center performance and take initiative to implement programs to ensure positive customer relations.
BA Degree and previous experience supervising a Customer Service Team is required. Experience with customer service techniques and call center management software programs is required. Must have outstanding professionalism and communication skills as well as a strong work ethic and logical problem solving skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
