Inside Sales Representative- Digital Advertising

We have an IMMEDIATE need for full-time, first shift Inside Sales Representatives in the Digital Advertising Field for a leading online technical publisher. This position pays a great BASE + COMMISSION and offers a competitive benefits package in a fast-paced office/call center environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Working off a defined account list comprised of Tier 1 and Tier 2 company prospects
  • Aggressively calling prospects to determine advertising potential
  • Networking with prospects to uncover other relevant prospects for advertising opportunities 
  • Selling lead generation, sponsorship, brand awareness, even advertising options (including banner ads, e-news sponsorships, webinars, podcasts, custom content, etc.)
  • Determining decision-makers and developing lasting relationships
  • Maintaining relationships with current customers to maximize renewal business
  • Coordinating with Campaign Managers and Outside Sales Representatives 

Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree
  • 1 -5 years' experience in sales, with knowledge of digital advertising/digital inventory/digital media 
  • Aggressive sales approach
  • Master at handling objections and problem-solving
  • Strong command on technology use
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete RFPs in accordance with prospect expectations
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to concisely convey value proposition
